Budget Tracker stores the information you enter to run the app, including your name, email, default currency, bank accounts, categories, budgets, savings goals, transactions, recurring transaction templates, and report history. This data is used to calculate balances and show your dashboard.

How we use the data

Your data is used only to provide budgeting, reporting, account management, and authentication features. We also store login history and technical audit records to help protect your account and keep the application reliable.

Currency and calculations

The app may convert values between supported currencies to display balances, reports, and charts. Exchange rates are fetched from external currency services when needed. We do not use this information for advertising or profiling.

Sharing

Your financial data is not sold or shared for marketing. The app only communicates with external services that are necessary to operate the product, such as authentication infrastructure and currency-rate providers.

Retention and control

You can manage your records inside the application. Account data remains in the system until it is removed by you or an administrator. If you no longer want to use the app, you can delete your data according to the app’s account and database management procedures.

Security

Budget Tracker uses authentication, anti-forgery protection, secure cookies, and server-side authorization checks to protect access to your data. No system can guarantee perfect security, but the application is built with common protections for financial records.
